Los Angeles, CA (September 2008) - Celebrity fashion designer Andrew Christian began by taking us on a trip around the world with his Brasil, Espana and Italia boxers, then he brought awareness to the most important election in United States history with the introduction of his "Obama '08" boxers and now, Christian takes us back, all the way back, to where clean cut, classic styles ruled the runway.

Andrew Christian, in order to make Classic true to its name, used vintage inspired felt appliqué with contrast stitching on the backside of his most popular underwear styles - the Lifeguard and Phys. Ed. Varsity to give it that vintage letterman's jacket look. Two more styles got a new look as well, with the Mercury Boxer and the Laurel Boxer, Christian added a distressed flocking and a looser knit to give it that "soft favorite t-shirt" look and feel.

"I love looking at past fashion trends and seeing how they have shaped fashion today," says Andrew Christian, "I've always wanted to do a line that brings the looks of that time into the 21st Century. I know other companies have tried to do this, and in my opinion none have captured it exactly right; therefore I decided to design a Classic line myself. "
