If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from Andrew Christian, we will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original tag for exchange or refund for up to 30 days after your purchase date.. It's that easy!

To expedite your return or exchange, please follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Click here to print return form

    Please use the Return Form and attached Address Label for easy return/exchange of ordered items.

  • Step 2: complete info on form

    The form will ask for your order number/info and items being returned for exchange or refund. You can also note what items you would like in exchange and any special instructions or comments you may have.

  • Step 3: Mail/Ship back

    Please ship your website purchased return or exchange back to:

    We recommend you ship returned items back to us using a method that gives you a tracking number.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.

Important Notes

We do not accept returns after 30 days of your receipt.

We can not process returns from purchases made at the Andrew Christian Boutiques. If you would like to return a purchase made at one of our physical stores, please return the purchase to the store where you purchased it.

Additionally, we can not process returns from online purchases at our retail boutiques. If you would like to return a purchase made online at AndrewChristian.com you must ship it to the address above.
