It's no secret that here within the gay community, folks can sometimes be toxic AF when it comes to body image and unrealistic beauty standards. Sure, we all love buff chiseled Adonises, big cuddly bears, and big booty curvy boys. But what about the oft-neglected but outrageously attractive body type of itty bitty skinny boys? Twink or otherwise, guys that are healthy but still look like they might blow over in the wind are downright hot! So in the spirit of pride and celebrating beautiful boys across the spectrum of body types, here are five reasons (among many others) why we love skinny guys.
1. Opposites attract
From the perspective of many of us, who are--let's say--not precisely "skinny", but more of an athletic or larger build, super skinny guys drive us wild because of how different their bodies are than our own. There's nothing cuter than comparing the size of thighs, hands, or maybe other parts of our bodies as well. The juxtaposition just works... in Insta photos and in the bedroom.
2. Tight butts
We all love a good ba-donka-donk. But sometimes skinny guys have asses so tight that it seems like the kinetic energy, if released suddenly, would cause a massive crater-forming explosion. If you've never chomped down on the hard ass of a skinny dude, you're missing out.
3. They're not hyper-masc gym rats
Skinny guys don't spend hours and hours every week in the gym pumping iron, and this yields some interesting results. For one, they tend not to not adopt the narcissistic gym-bro culture, but additionally this means they have more time to focus on physical pursuits, like yoga or deactivating their gag reflexes.
4. We can easily pin them down
