Bondage: Learning The Ropes

Posted on June 1, 2018 by Andrew Christian

If you've never dipped your toe into the exciting and magical world of BDSM (that’s Bondage Discipline Sadism and Masochism), then honey, you’re missing out! There's a whole 'nother fabulous side to intercourse that has eluded you! Think about sex like food: if a random hookup is a cheeseburger, then getting tied up and abused by a loved one is foie gras with apple-rosemary butter and caramelized cipollini. ;)

Hungry? Good! Because even if you don’t think something as heinous as a ball gag would appeal to your sense of romance, my argument is: don’t knock it until you try it. ;) And furthermore, there's absolutely no reason why you be afraid of bondage. BDSM is always a carefully executed fantasy between two mutually consenting people, so there’s no need to worry.

Deep down, almost everyone has some sort of BDSM fantasy, so you just have to find the one that's right for you. Does the idea of getting tied up, blindfolded, and forced to endure a slow feather teasing your cock sound hot to you? ;) Or perhaps you’d prefer to command your slave boy to lick the soles of your feet? Bondage has many flavors to it. ;) You can start wherever you feel comfortable and in whichever capacity your penis responds to. ;)

A good way to help begin your journey is to invest in a prop. Whether it be a whip, a latex costume, rope, handcuffs, or even just a blindfold; these tools go a long way to kink-up your sex. Try buying a uniform that your slave must wear around the apartment (we recommend this).

Be sure to use clear communication beforehand about the nature of the BDSM play. Talk about hard limits, i.e. exactly what stuff you’re not okay doing. Pick a safe word that you can yelp if something goes too deep up your ass. ;) And always remember, BDSM is a playground. As long as you’re playing safe, it’s always going to be a good time. ;)
