Falcon Studios didn’t even have to think twice when signing up one of their newest exclusives, Reign. Tall, dark, and handsome…and with manners and a heart of gold to match. At 6”2’, with tattoos, and a hefty bulge in the front and back, he could intimidate with his presence if it weren’t for that amazing smile and mischievous eyes. He comes from a life of competitive swimming, coaching, and lifeguarding, and has traveled the world, living in Japan for a few years. Chatting with him in person is like running into an old friend, he instantly makes you feel like one of his “sisters.” Oh, by the way, he calls all the gays “girls,” it’s his term of endearment. This caused a bit of confusion as he chatted about his crushes on the girls.
He stopped by for this Andrew Christian exclusive as he talked about getting into the biz, his sexual awakening, and diversity:
Where did you get the name REIGN?
Well, we (I and the Falcon team) came up with the name Reign because Reign means to rule and my actual name means the same. It fits because I didn't come to play, I came to slay!
What do you bring to the adult industry that is unique?
What makes me unique is that I'm very authentic. In an industry where a lot of people have to fake it (no pun intended), I have always been myself and producers like that. I am no queen and I'm easy to work with. Not many people can say negative things about me because my character speaks for itself.
When was your sexual awakening growing up?
Omg hahaha, this is so embarrassing but I didn't know anything about sex growing up. I didn't even know what jacking off was until I was like 14! I'm from a very small town with only 1 stop light so I didn't know much about sex. I was so conservative growing up, I didn't lose my virginity until I was 18.
What do you love most about being in the adult industry?
I love actually getting to know the actors on camera, hearing their stories, and just learning so much about porn and the industry. It's been such a great experience so far.
What is the biggest misconception people have about you?
People think I'm mean! Like they will see me out and just assume I'm an asshole, which I can be when provoked, but I'm like the chilliest guy. I try to respond to every one of my fans who message me and always try to be the most genuine and authentic version of myself.
What is your coming-out story?
Whew, Chile. Ok, so boom, I was like 16 and my best friend in the whole world to this day came out to me and I was like girl, me too!!! So only my closest friends knew, this was like in 9th grade. I ended up getting a boyfriend but then got scared that people would think because I was spending so much time with him that they would know, so I broke up with him thinking nobody clocked me (I was so wrong). 10th grade rolled around and some mystery people every year would make a list talking shit about the most popular people in the school and sure enough, I was on "The List.” I'll never forget it said next to my name "Come out the closet or stay in it, pick one bitch.” So, I was like, whatever, and came out to everyone at school. I came out to my family in 12th grade. My brother and sister didn't care, neither did my dad but, my mom, whew…we didn't speak for years but she eventually came around. Now she’s my bestie.
You became a Falcon exclusive so quickly, are some of your peers jealous?
Honestly, everyone I knew in the industry showed love and support so I would hope not. Exclusive or not, there's enough bread for us all to eat, no need to be jealous. That's the way I see it. I'm here to get a bag, titles and awards mean nothing to me. I mean it's nice and I will always cheer the loudest when my peers win so I would want them to do the same. This isn't a competition to me.
What are some of the pros and cons of doing studio work vs filming your own content?
Ok, the biggest con about studio work is how fucking long it takes to film a scene! You can literally be filming for 8 hours or more to shoot one 30 minute scene! The pro is that you get so much exposure and free promotion which helps to build your brand, allowing your content to really take off.
How do you unwind after a day of filming?
Sleep! LMAO, I will take a shower and crawl right into bed. Like I said before, studio porn is not short and cute like making your own content. You will be exhausted after a day's work so a nap is a must for me.
What is the craziest request you've received from a fan?
Idk how crazy this is, but this man would pay me hella money to make him feel like a bitch - never even met him, hahaha! I would call him all types of names and belittle him and I guess that turned him on, lol. I don't understand it but when it comes to money if you like it, I love it.
What do you look for in a man?
I'm a Virgo. There's so much I look for and if you're missing something that I can't fix well...adios, lol. Kidding.. not really. I look for honesty, loyalty, initiative (I love a good getter!). I look for someone who is respectful and kind, not only to me but to others. I look for someone with a sense of humor and who watches anime (or is willing to watch with me). I look for someone who is patient because I know I can be so hard to love at times. I look for good hygiene and I definitely look for swag.
Does romance play a big part in your personal life?
My romantic life is dead as fuck. It's so hard to find the right guy especially here in LA. Everyone just wants to fuck and never talk until it's time to fuck again. I do porn, I don't need to have sex, lol, I have plenty! So hooking up rarely crosses my mind.
Is diversity getting better in porn?
I think so! Slowly but surely. The mainstream porn industry was and still is predominantly white, but porn stars like Skyy Knoxx and Boomer Banks use their influence to add more diversity to the industry by speaking out and some of these studios are listening. People want representation, it's important.
If you were to design a pair of Andrew Christians, what would they look like?
Well, it's definitely going to be a jockstrap. Everyone who knows me knows this ass is always out! Glittery, hot pink waistband with Andrew Christian written largely in gold. White crotch lined in hot pink with a gold zipper because easy access is a must!
