Test out different lighting, but poor lighting is a no-no. You want to showcase that little guy in the best light possible. With the consent of the other party, the best time to take a picture is when in action. It will provide plenty of imagination as to what the receiver of the dick pic could expect. A bonus is that when you take a picture with someone that makes you aroused, your dick can shine a little more with additional length and girth.
