Valentine’s Day is here, and all the romantic and horny couples have plans. So what are you supposed to do when you’re single as fuck? Cry in a pillow? Moan about how horrible your life is? Drown the pain away with porn and a jack-off session? Honestly, none of those options are exactly terrible since there is no “right” way to spend an evening to yourself when you’re not in a relationship. It’s okay to be sad and let yourself feel what you need to feel. But there are lots of other options that are way more fun and can give you wonderful self-care when you don’t have anyone to share the day with. It just means that Valentine’s Day is all about you!

Pig Out

Use this time to eat a bunch of junk food. Order an extra-large pizza all to yourself. Buy yourself a box of chocolates. Get your favorite flavored ice cream. Stop by your favorite fast-food restaurant and splurge on everything that satisfies your hunger. Bring all these items home and have a massive pig-out session. You might as well enjoy the junk since you don’t have a boyfriend who will judge your eating habits.

Movies

Whether you’re going out or staying in, watch a movie you love. An old rom-com is a nice way to celebrate V-day, but if romantic storylines are going to be too much for you, then try a different genre. Horror, action, sci-fi, musical, goofy comedy, or whatever floats your boat. You might have some horrible guilty pleasure film that no one else would dare watch with you. So be your own best friend and have a good time with said crap film!

Party

Go to a nightclub or find a nice bar. Have a drink. Dance. As difficult as it may feel to be alone on Valentine’s Day, don’t let that take away the adventurous and playful person you are. So get out there and party the night away at your favorite hotspot. And if all goes well…

Fuck Someone

Make out with a total stranger. Get in the heat of the moment. Bring him home and fuck him like there’s no tomorrow. And if you’re not planning to party, then find someone to hook up with on one of your dating apps. Or, reach out to a friend with benefits. Just because you’re single doesn’t mean you have to spend the night by yourself. Oh, but leave your ex alone. And do not look him up on social media. Don’t take the chance that you’ll find out he’s having a wonderful evening with the love of his life. Sure, maybe he’s not doing anything that exciting, but nothing is worth the risk of finding out. So stay away from him in all forms and go enjoy your night.

Send Cards

Tell your family and friends how much you love them with a lovely card. Nothing feels so good as doing something kind for other people. Remember how much fun it was passing out cards in elementary school? Remember how great it felt when you looked at the cards from all your classmates? Keep up the tradition of performing acts of kindness and letting others know how much you love them.

Buy Yourself Something Nice

If no one else is buying you Valentine gifts, then buy yourself one. Maybe a nice piece of jewelry or a hot outfit. Nothing wrong with doing something extravagant for yourself so enjoy it! If you’re really having a hard time on Valentine’s Day, just remember- Valentine’s Day is just another day. You don’t need something romantic to enjoy yourself. This is your time to shine so stay strong, stay focused and try to have a good time.
