When Should (and Shouldn’t) You Go Commando?

What’s one of the most freeing feelings we, as men, can experience? …that’s actually a pretty loaded question with plenty of responses. But the simplest answer is the moment we take off our underwear to let our boys hang loose. Let’s face it: we touch, adjust, scratch, or hold our dicks and balls all day long, so it’s a wonderful feeling to let them roam free. Sometimes it can be an exhilarating experience to ditch the underwear altogether and just let the goods hang loose as we run our daily errands, go out to meet friends, or even just around the house. But how do you appropriately discern from the good and bad times to go commando?

Ditch the Undies!

Despite what some may consider to be lewd behavior, going commando is a perfectly acceptable behavior in specific situations. Most daily activities are perfectly acceptable instances to ditch the undies and let your body be free (or as much as you legally can in public, that is). Taking the dog for a walk, grabbing a few groceries at the store, meeting a friend for coffee, grabbing a drink to pretend a stressful day didn’t happen, and more are great ways to give the goods some freedom. Pro tip: Dab a little baby powder between your legs to keep things from getting sweaty and smelly. Nobody likes a rank crotch!

Time to Suit Up!

Regardless of how adventurous and sexy you like to feel wherever you go, there are times where it’s better to grab the undies while getting dressed. In certain circumstances, it can be seen as unprofessional, offensive, or just downright tacky to let your balls flop around for all to see. The workplace is a definite must for underwear (disregard this if you’re a porn star). Nobody wants to be slapped with a sexual harassment claim for being too…forward with your colleagues. Another place you should definitely be secured is the gym. Trust when we say we know you want the rest of the guys to notice you! Instead of trying to show off your package, wow them with how much you can bench or curl! Let’s not forget the first date! There are definitely some pants or shorts you can wear that won’t make it immediately obvious to your new guy that you’re going au naturale. Either way…leave the sexuality for the second date and make sure the focus is on you as a person rather than what type of favors you brought to the part
