Who doesn’t love a good gingerbread man during the holidays? Johnny V is that perfect gingerbread man that you just want to take a bite out of, although it would be a toss-up as to what part you’d want to start with first.
Johnny V’s body looks like it has been chiseled out of amber and has been conditioned by a multi-year career in bodybuilding, placing multiple times and ultimately winning the NPC Ironman Championships. When not locked down during COVID, he is a high-demand go-go dancer and nightlife personality as well as a fitness model. He is charming and the fantasy boyfriend – his social media cooking videos during COVID will make you drool for many different reasons. What workout tips do you have for us all at home during COVID?
Well, if you are brave enough to still be going to the gym, as most gyms are operating at 25%, then I suggest going every other day and giving yourself an hour to an hour and a half of time to de-stress and get some aggression out. However, if you are stuck at home, and do not have access to a gym, then I would suggest running stairs in your home and or apartment complex (if you have access to stairs) for cardio purposes. I would also suggest getting some workout bands for your home gym as you can attack a wide range of muscle groups with these fabulous tools! You can also, dance for cardio and do sit-ups and push-ups if you are unable to afford bands.
How do you prepare for a day of filming?
In regards to filming, I am sure to clean my butt the night before I film, first and foremost. When I wake up in the morning, I am sure to eat a very clean/ minimum breakfast so that I do not have an accident on set or feel bloated. After breakfast, I go to my room to digest for an hour or so, and then I start the cleaning process all over again. I am sure to pop some Imodium as well, to ensure I am clean as a whistle inside and in the rear (if you know what I mean). All of that prep is when I am chosen to be a bottom for a film. Regarding topping, I also like to clean my rear just to be safe, but it is much less prep work when you are chosen to be a top for a feature film.
What is your favorite scene from your career?
My favorite scene is most definitely the scene from my movie Paris Perfect directed by my girl Mr. Pam. I had the pleasure of shooting with the legendary icon Francois Sagat, which was a porn fantasy of mine even before I became Johnny V.
What was your first audition for the adult industry like?
My first audition was for LegenMen.com, with the one and only Ron Lloyd, who discovered me! It was legit, amazing! Ron is an amazing director and has an eye for talent. I shot a series of three solo jerk-off scenes in different locations in Kona, Hawaii and I had a very wonderful erotic experience.
You are also a go-go boy favorite in the nightlife scene. What are your biggest pet peeves with nightclub crowds?
Thank you for recognizing that! I take a lot of pride in my performances, as I love to dance! My biggest pet peeves with nightclub crowds would have to be those customers/ patrons who are overly touchy/ feely, who DO NOT tip and think they can fondle you in any/ every way possible.
You have been quarantining with your boo. How do you balance porn sex with relationship sex?
Yes, I have; and loving every second of it! At times it is difficult to balance porn sex and relationship sex, especially if honestly is a factor. My advice to all performers with a boo or significant other is to be completely honest with their partners. Do not leave anything out if you are embarking on a shoot. Your partner should know everything you are doing to ensure stability in the relationship. Also, regarding having sex with my partner, I appreciate our sex life MUCH MORE than scene sex. Sex with my partner is more intimate and actually means something as opposed to sex in front of the camera.
Does size matter?
Size does NOT matter to me, personally. Do not get me wrong, I love a substantially-sized penis, but I have been we men who are below average down south, but knew how to use it, which made for a joyful experience
You won the NPC Ironman Championships…what is your biggest inspiration in being so strict with your diet and exercise to prepare?
My biggest inspiration regarding my diet and exercise prep would have to be the results I see in my body and energy levels. Self-esteem levels are also an inspiration. I feel confident in my mind and in my body, which is definitely a positive boost!
Are there any shenanigans that happen backstage at a bodybuilding competition?
Not really a lot of shenanigans that happen backstage, unless you are competing with friends! I am sure to shit-talk all of them if that is the case! LOL.
What does the V in Johnny V stand for?
Well, some will tell you that it stands for Vagina. Yes, I said it, V-A-G-I-N-A. That is the ongoing joke, of course. But the truth is that the 'V' stands for Varvatos, as in John Varvatos.
You have an amazing ass…what’s the top exercise you recommend to build a perfect bubble?
Thank you, yet again, for the compliment! I believe the secret lies in biking, squats, and or booty blasters at the gym (aka hip abducting machine).
What’s your favorite part of filming a scene?
My favorite part of filming a scene would have to be the cumshot!
What’s your least favorite part of filming a scene?
My least favorite part of filming a scene is the long hours... not every scene is a breeze. Sometimes models have technical difficulties and cannot get or stay hard, which causes the day to go by longer than expected.
What celebrity would you want to film a scene with most?
This is a tough question, as I am indecisive as fuck! Hm... probably Ryan Reynolds, David Beckham, or Jamie Dornan. You see, I cannot even pick just one!

You have?!? I am honored! My BEST dish would have to be cheesy smothered mushroom chicken!
