We spend so much time talking about (and practicing) proper pre-sex hygiene. The last thing we want is for our name to be synonymous with anything unkempt. Just because you and your partner have blown your loads doesn’t mean you’re done fulfilling your needs. Your body requires proper post-sex TLC to keep your sexual reputation squeaky clean!

Bottoms

If you planned on bottoming, you probably spent time preparing for it. However, if you plan on staying healthy and not running into potential long-term issues, you must take care of your hole before and after sex. We know how hot it feels to carry your top’s load inside your hole, but it’s not necessarily in your best interest to do so! Bottoms should douche both before and after sex, regardless of whether or not your top wears a condom, if he breeds your hole, what type of lube is used, or any other substances or objects you get penetrated with. It’s best to use an enema bought from a store, as those have the healthiest liquid for your internal organs. If you’re using a reusable douche, tap water is fine if you’re not using it all the time. Stick the douche in your hole, squirt a small amount of liquid, and flush yourself out a time or two. This will help in keeping your hole clean and healthy for repeat visits. There are also plenty of products that act as a type of “soap” that can be used in reusable bulb douches. Be sure to read the ingredient list on these to avoid any unwanted reactions if you go this route. Lastly, you’ll want to properly scrub your hole and the area surrounding it. This could be as simple as getting a wet washcloth, and some body wash to leave yourself feeling squeaky clean!

Tops

Tops who barebacked their bottom should pee as soon as the encounter is over. This clears out the urethra of any potential bacteria or fecal matter that might have found its way in. The top will also want to shower or take a warm, soapy washcloth to their dick and balls. This will similarly help avoid the spread of any unwanted bacteria, regardless of whether or not a condom was used. All of the above is especially true if you are uncircumcised. There’s nothing nastier than an uncircumcised top who doesn’t pull back the foreskin to properly clean himself. This is especially true after you’ve been in someone’s hole! Regardless of position, practicing proper sexual hygiene safeguards not only your sexual reputation but also your long-term sexual health as well. Take care of your body so your lover can adequately tend to your needs.
