Working out at home can get a little boring. Hell, working out can get that way even when you have a gym to go to. So when you feel yourself growing tired of the same running trails, the various ab exercises, and those damn push-ups - try something new, like dancing! Dance is such an amazing way to incorporate cardio into your everyday life. Hell, you do it at the club so why not put the extra time and energy into learning the actual dance routines to your favorite songs all while whipping that ass into shape?

Britney Spears “...Baby One More Time”

You know we had to start with a true queen. Britney Spears’ made so many boys around the world pop into puberty early when she made waves in the late ‘90s, and those who weren’t turned on well, those boys grew up to be some of her biggest supporters. For them, the routine to “...Baby One More Time” is something they know by heart, but if you’re not someone who has always taken to dance so easily, this one is a great one to really get into shape! From the shimmies to the way she works those arms as she struts down the hall - gurl, you are about to have those Michelle Obama arms with this one.

Christina Aguilera “Come On Over (All I Want Is You)”

Our girl X-tina wasn’t about the bells and whistles when it came to dance routines because her voice did more than enough for us to love her. With that said, she did try. We recommend this routine to our very wonderful beginners who really need to take it as slow as can be while still working out.

Lady Gaga Featuring Ariana Grande “Rain On Me”

Have you seen Lady Gaga’s backside in this video? If that is not enough proof to do exactly like her, I’m not sure what is.

Beyoncé “Single Ladies”

This isn’t the hardest choreography to learn, but it still allows you to work that body through and through. Start with “Single Ladies” and then work your way up to the masterclass that is her Coachella performance.

Madonna “Vogue”

I know what you’re thinking, Madonna has way better dance routines than this for working out but hear me out. “Vogue” gives way to not only working out but improving posture. You can’t look like a limp dick and properly vogue, right? Exactly!

Halsey “You Should Be Sad”

If you’re interested in getting that body tight and right for those assless chaps, look no further than this hot little hoedown routine.

Sia “Chandelier”

I’m going to be honest with you about this one. I do not think you have to learn this because when it comes to this song, it’s about learning to emote with your body and that in of itself is the workout. So put this song on and just fucking let loose around your apartment!

Rihanna “Umbrella”

Rihanna’s version will get your body looking as amazing as well, Rihanna’s but if you want to go above and beyond...try and emulate Tom Holland’s version!

Jennifer Lopez “Love Don’t Cost a Thing”

Would you ever doubt your body would look perfect following what JLo did? Yeah, we thought so.

Janet Jackson “Rhythm Nation”

For those of you who are like me, just watching Janet absolutely slay this routine is exhausting. So those of you who are willing to really go the extra mile for a body and ass that does not quit, we commend and salute you for taking on one of Janet’s best. There is no way you’re walking away with a quarantine 15 doing this routine.
